GATHER TOGETHER:

Juice of half a lemon
Half a cup of water

THEN: Blend it in a blender and enjoy! That's it!
*WHY I DON'T ADD FRUIT JUICE: fruit juice may be tasty and convenient but
I would always advise using the whole fruit instead if you
possibly can. The whole fruit, as well as containing loads of health boosting vitamins and minerals, contains soluable fibre which helps to lower cholesterol, maintain blood sugar levels and keep you feeling full: ideal if you are trying to loose weight or have any health issues.
