THE #100HAPPYDAYS CHEAT: DAYS THIRTY-THREE TO FORTY-ONE

So, you may have noticed that I haven't done a #100happydays round up for ages and I have a confession to make.  I am a #100happydays cheat.  Around about day thirty-five-six or seven I found myself forgetting to take my pictures and as the days went on it seemed to dwindle away.  And I'm really dissapointed in myself.  I love the #100happydays project and think its a really fantastic way of being mindful about the positive aspects of our lives.  I was so into it and really enjoyed doing it: and then I forgot.

On their website the founders of the project state that a massive 71% of people who take up the challenge don't finish it citing being too busy as the main reason.  Too busy to be happy: what a bummer, right?

Wrong!  I have decided to get back on it.  I want to finish the challenge and - although perhaps not consecutive - clock my #100happydays like I set out to.

Here's my latest happy days.  What have yours been?

Day 33: A Sunday afternoon at the gym // Day 34: the amazing Poppy dog.  She always has the power to make me smile, even on a rubbish Monday // Day 35: a single rose rescued from the garden floor.

Day 36: a wee visitor // Day 37: buying printed cottons with my sister-in-law at the fabric shop // Day 38: a day of craft and children's toys // Day 39: a day in the Glens with the boy.

Day 40: my trusty yoga mat, block and blanket // Day 41: delicious homemade watermelon smoothies.
