CLEAN FOOD BREAKFAST BLUEBERRIES SUNFLOWER SEEDS AND YOGHURT - WHYBERD BELLE

BLUEBERRIES, YOGHURT & SUNFLOWER SEEDS - possibly the quickest and easiest breakfast by any standards I love this both first thing in the morning and later on in the day as a snack with a cup of green tea.  Simply spoon some full-fat yoghurt into a bowl and throw in a handful of berries and seeds. 

WHY IT'S AWESOME - 

Blueberries are my favourite snack & really pack an antioxidant punch with a fantastic mix of B & C vitamins helping the fight against conginitive degenration by promoting a healthy blood flow to the brain. They also contain the phytochemical resveratrol which helps to lower choleserol levels supporting a heathy circulatory system.  

Full- Fat Live Natural Yoghurt is full of probiotic goodness which is thought to boost immune system function and improve digestive disorders such as IBS and bloating.  It also contains all 9 amino acids making a fantastic source of protein as well as being a fantastic source of calcium and magnesium. 

Sunflower Seeds are a fantastic source of antioxidants Vitamin E and Selenium which are amazing for protecting the body against damaging free-radicals and cell damage - fantastic for keeping the skin young!  They also contain phytosterols which are believed to reduced harmful cholesterol levels.
